Shipping policy

Orders that are $50+ ship for free. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your cart once the order minimum is met.

Please allow 1-3 business days for ready-to-ship orders to be processed and packaged before they are shipped.

Graphics and made-to-order items may take 1-4 weeks to process, as these are handmade items. This does not include the time it takes for UPSto deliver the package. Please add an additional 2-4 business days for shipping. 

If you are unsure if your item is a ready-to-ship item or a made-to-order item, check the product description. If an order has both a ready to ship item and a made-to-order item, the order will ship together when the made-to-order item is processed.

AshBrooke's Boutique is not responsible for delays with UPS or lost or damaged items. If your tracking information is not working, please contact UPS.  Please contact UPS to file a claim if you do not receive your order.
